“Epakitin & Azodyl, along with diet/vet care, are responsible for the quality of life that our 11 year old shar-pei has enjoyed for the past 18 months. Kaasa was diagnosed with chronic renal failure in 2014. Her current blood levels are normal or within 20% and holding. Also, we are trying Aventi KS & may phase out Azodyl if she reacts favorably. Not cheap but we lost her 'brother' Rufus suddenly to this condition in 2013. We had a different vet then, was blindsided by his steep decline & not made aware of either product.
