“We share our happy, lively home with 10 mixed breed dogs and several cats; all rescued from animal control shelters or had been abandoned. Currently , I'm caring for additional foster cats and kittens, until they can be placed in loving homes by a local rescue. I have in the past researched the various brands of vaccines, and was very impressed with Nobivac, made by Merck. I've used Nobivac for 3 years with very good results. When I received all the foster cats and kittens a couple of weeks ago, I decided to order Nobivac Cat vaccines, as well as restock Nobivac Bordettella dog vaccine, and Nobivac Canine 1-DAPPv+Cv(5 Way + Corona). I found that Allivet had the vaccines I was looking for ; all at excellent prices, and decided to put in my order as a first time customer. When filling out my order online, I realized that I was just past the cut-off time for next day delivery! I was panick-stricken because a couple of the cats were scheduled to be picked up by a rescue the next day, and I wanted to make sure they were vaccinated prior to leaving my care. I decided to call Allivet's customer service and spoke with a very knowledgeable and kind representative who offered to do her best to make sure that my vaccine order was sent out that day. She said she would contact shipping and explain my situation. A few minutes after our conversation ended, I received an email confirming my order. Less than an hour later I received another email informing that my order had shipped! My order arrived the next day, well packed with ample cold bricks and very chilled, despite the 80 degree weather temperature outside. I appreciate the wide range of quality products and excellent prices available at Allivet, and I'm very grateful and thankful for the compassion shown to me by their customer service representative.
