“Our lab Moose has been on this medication for about two years, after he showed some elevated liver enzymes and an inability of his gall bladder to empty correctly. We've not had one problem with his bloodwork since, and though it is expensive, we choose to keep him on it to continue liver support (he's periodically on a lot of Benadryl daily for allergies). Interestingly, anecdotally, this medication also has seemed to make him a more chipper, lovey, social dog than before, which we're thrilled about (thanks, sam-e).”
