“The product was fine once it arrived but the process leading up to its arrival not so much. I tried calling the customer service number three different times. Each time being on hold for over 20 minutes just to be hung up on each time before even speaking to someone. I had to call the doctor line just to speak to someone about my order. I was using 1800PetMeds before this and though they were a little more expensive I never had any customer service issues.”
