“I find this company 's customer service to be the best. Early in December, I ordered one medicine prescribed by our vet for our dog, but received the wrong one that was more expensive. When I contacted them,my account was immediately credited and the correct medicine was sent. I then was sent a shipping label to return the product at no cost, and was given a $5 credit. Everyone with who I spoke was extremely courteous, and the medication delivery response was immediate. Mistakes happen, but sometimes getting them straight are not worth the hassle. This time, it was not a problem and was easy to resolve. I will use them again.”
