It took a lot longer to have the product delivered BUT NOT ALLIVET's Fault that the prescription took a few days to arrive to their Pharmacy. Once received they expedited the product and i received it 2 business days later. Throughout the time their customer service were helpful - i called a couple of times for the prescription status, if received and the customer service persons were exceptionally professional.
