“not accurate for dogs glucose as test strips are not in real time and not accurate, have tested with handheld pettest meter and test stip will show zero or off the charts when meter in hand is 200. please use a meter like alphatrak or pettest to test pets glucose. the vetstix 11 are great to use to monitor for other things like ph and occult blood. spot on for that but not accurate for glucose checking.”
“These Urine Test Strips that are available at a low low cost on the Allivet Website is giving me peace of mind so I can test my dogs urine and make sure she is not on her way to Stones or some other bladder dysfunction that could cost a ton of money from the Veterinary Hospital if not caught in time. I've been down the road with a dog who got huge stones and it was painful for my dog and for me. Prevent the problem before it happens. Order from Allivet. Thanks Allivet!!!! I have peace of mind now!!!!”
“Have you ever tried to draw blood from a sugar glider (an animal that you weigh in GRAMS rather than pounds and ounces)?? It's a very difficult task, and using these strips regularly can help me determine where an illness may be coming from....just by running the strip through some urine! Multiply the cost of a urine test ($30.00 EACH) times 21 sugar gliders....there goes the emergency vet fund!”
