“Twice the bottle of Vit E came quickly, but the bottle was open and leaked in the box. First time, a freak. Second time, there is a pattern. Both times I called the company and they were quick to respond and resend the Vit E. Same lot number on both. Third bottle was tight and we'll wrapped. Probably not tightened at the manufacturer. Superb!! Great service and followup.”
