“I first used this medication for a cat that was ill with severe hypothroidism. He was using the gel to keep his T4 down and eventually that did not work and we had to give him the oral medication. The vet recommended cerenia in order for him to be able to keep the medicine down. I should say also that the thyroid medication made him violently vomit and he had intestinal cancer. So he vomited frequently. On this medication he did not vomit until the day the cancer took over and we had to say goodbye to him. Impressive medication for nausea. It's expensive and I hope the price will go down soon. But its a great medication.”
