“Excellent customer service! This was my first order with Allivet. I was monitoring the delivery and expected the order to arrive on Saturday, according to the website. Saturday afternoon I saw that the package which was in the city 12 miles away was redirected to another city over 60 miles away due to a zip code issue. I called customer service, which was available on a Saturday (Thank you!) and they addressed the issue immediately! Because of their excellent support, we did not have any missed doses of the needed medicine!”
