The Pharmacists have helped consistently with obtaining reorders of insulin from my Vetenarian-so insulin was shipped in a timely manner w/special shipping (on/ice) so our cat (Elvis) never misses a dose. Also, product arrives at correct temperature and according to company's tracking schedule--even during the holidays! The ProZinc given twice a day to our 20 yr old cat has brought his blood sugars down from >500-now to normal range--his over all health & energy has improved due to managed BS.
