“I run a kitten foster and needed vaccines. Allivet's website was easy to shop from. I ordered what I needed and waited for it to come. There was a slight hiccup along the way and my package was delayed an extra day during delivery. When I received my package all the frozen packs were thawed and my vaccines were warm. I called Allivet and spoke to one of their customer service staff members and she was quick to reship out a second shipment of vaccines for me.
