I have used Trifexis for my dog for 6 years. So far his annual check-ups have been very good.

Ever since we adopted Mack he was under another brand but after changing vets the new one suggested trifexis. I started looking for prices and found ALLIVET! We got what we needed . True, there were some problems with the prescription and some communication but they did their best to solve them and always had the best predisposition. I will certainly be back!

So far so good. I just placed an order for Trifexis (60.1-120) 6 mo supply. My vet was trying to charge me $174.76 for the same Item that Allivet has for $97. I only wish I could have uploaded the Prescription RX instead of waiting for my VET to respond to this purchase. Today is 21 Nov 2018, I will put in another response to this order once I receive it. I have 3 dogs and one cat and the VET has been making a lot of money from me over the years on their prescription cost which has been 75% over cost. I am sure the VET purchases the medications in bulk so their markup is probably even higher when selling to their customers. I do not understand the greed in all of this. No wonder why people cannot afford to help animals properly with the overpriced medications. I can understand wanting some kind of profit of a 25% increase but a 75% increase in price is just plain greedy. I am so disappointed in my VET and I have been with them for years. I would not have known about their greed if it wasn't for a friend telling me to go on line and look for a better deal with medications or over the counter pet meds. I am glad I did. I will post again once I get the meds.
