“The product itself is good. The customer service is average. It was a delay by my veterinarian that slowed my order plus it was shipped out to the wrong address. I am not happy that I was told if I wanted to split my order and have them send the half that was approved by my vet I would have to cancel my order and start over. I am also not happy that I was billed the moment I placed the order which was 2 weeks before it was actually sent to me. It is almost a month since I was billed and I still have no product. Hopefully next week.”
