“Been ordering this product for sometime now. First time I have experienced a delay with the 5-7 day shipping after being charged. Product stayed in one place for almost a week. Time of charge to time of delivery will be 11 days if it arrives today. Hence the reason I order early so not to miss the date of giving my pet her care on time. Also odd to get a email to save another 5% on purchase right after I order the product but wont be able to use it on the next purchase as it expires.”
