Unfortunately, they were out of bottles of 500 but checked and found that they had bottles of 100. I ordered one of those. On Monday I checked and a shipment of 500's had come in.The 100's had been filled but not shipped. Customer service volunteered to cancel the order for 100, post a refund to my credit card and ordered a bottle of 500. This was done rapidly and happily to the satisfaction of both parties.
