“I really wish it were possible to buy flea/tick protection for dogs without having to go through my vet. Why is such a thing available only by prescription? Why can't any licensed veterinarian 'prescribe' such a thing? It seems to me this is just a way for someone to make money. If the merchant is afraid of being sued, I would be happy to sign a waiver of responsibility for the merchant selling me the product.”
