“My rating is not based on the product itself, but on the slowness of the shipping of this much needed medication to help control my cat's tremors. I even called to verify the actual ship date and the product was not shipped when stated to occur but two days later. Consequently, I had to get another script for a stat order from my own pharmacy. Unfortunately, my cat had a reaction to the substituted solution and we had to go through two medication adjustments including returning to your product upon it's arrival. Hopefully, this will not re-occur in the future, as the product itself is fine.”
