“We have a cat that has allergies and it affects her ears. The vet gave us the first bottle, and it helps her a lot. One note, when cleaning ears, warm the solution to body temperature first. I have damage to my vestibular system and one of the tests for nystagmus is cold or hot stimulus. The result is extremely uncomfortable, including extreme diziness, nausea, and is a terrifying sensation. By warming the fluid to body temperature, you will not be causing this reaction. If left cold, it can cause your pet to suffer. DO NOT overheat it, body temperature only. I've found that this makes it a lot easier to do this again and again, as she doesnt fight me (too much) :)”
