“I ordered two things - K9 Advantix II and Cosequin for Cats. When my vet was asked for a signature for the Cosequin they declined, as they prefer that customers buy this medicine directly from them or get a signed script and go to a local pet store. They apparently have had some very bad experiences with online purchases of Cosequin for Cats meds. When I explained this to the girl in customer service she was so polite and sweet. She removed the Cosequin for Cats from my order and promptly shipped out the K9 Advantix II. I was very impressed with their attitude and excellent service.”
