“Since 1997, eight dogs (Labradors, Dalmatian, and Rat Terriers) in our household have used Adaptil Travel Spray and its forerunner Comfort Zone spray, w/HUGE SUCCESS. Beneficial for: nervous travelers, adverse weather, visitors, and noisy fireworks. We spritz bandana's w/spray, wait a few minutes then slip on the dogs. The only side affect I've noticed is a good one--they settle down and/or fall asleep in about 5 minutes. For extra measure, I also spray their bed & any surface they recline on (w/no staining issues). I've shared this advice and the product itself (we always keep 1-2 extra bottles on hand) w/co-workers, church members, neighbors, and folks we meet while camping. It works at easing their anxiety, which in turn eases our concern for their health and well-being.
