“This review is based on this version of the product versus other versions. My previous vet supplied a form of carprofen, but, when I moved, the new vet didn't carry. We appreciated they let us look around for an economical source. Allivet had many options and good prices. The kind my last vet supplied was a flavored version that broke in half easily so my dog could have half in the am and half in the pm. I paid a little extra for the flavored version bc it was very convenient to give this way. My dog hates them, and they do not cut but crumble in an uneven heap. They do snap in your fingers a little cleaner than trying to cut with a sharp knife or a pill cutter. I bought a large bottle for $100, so we will suffer through and use them. But I would not reorder this brand or pay more for the flavored version of it. (BTW, I am giving it to a beagle who eats EVERYTHING, so it is quite remarkable he doesn't like them.)”
