“Apoquel is expensive but it is the only thing thant relieved the itching my dog experienced. We started with one tablet a day but that wasn't enough to control the itching. We increased it to two tabs a day and my dog's itching was controlled. After several months we dropped the dose back down to one tablet a day and his itching is still under control. I love the chewable tablet. I just throw it in with his regular dog food. He doesn't know he took it.”
“My Angie has been on Apoquel for a little over 2 years. She used to scratch and itch all hours of the day and night. Apoquel, along with a bath every two weeks is keeping her comfortable. She once went four days without the Apoquel and the itching came back with a vengeance within two days. By day two of resuming the Apoquel, she was back to being a normal, non-itchy Labrador.”
“Our two female black labs were miserable with itching/scratching especially when snow isn’t on the ground. The started on the regular apoquel but we found the chewable tablets a big hit with the girls.”
“My little Chorkie is allergic to something in our yard. We just moved to a new house in November. She is 12 years old and we have never had a problem with her skin. About a week after we moved here, she was scratching uncontrollably. I took her to the vet and she has allergies and he prescribed Apoquel. She was so much better within a few days. Allivet's prices are so much more affordable than the vets office prices. They are dependable and the customer service is excellent!”
“Rascal was constantly itching and chewing at his skin and licking paws alot.
