“I always look the products up on line and call. I want to make sure they have an extra savings . Which usually they do. I order a year supply and get a cheaper rate and usually get an extra savings. When the vet does not contact them right away . They let me know via e-mail and I call. I doesn't take that long to get my product . They are always so friendly and courteous on the phone . I will always buy my product from them and will always call. I like the one on one personal contact. It is nice to talk to someone just in case you have a question.
