“Up until now, I have been very satisfied with Allivet's service. A mix up with getting the vet's approval for meds for my pet (no email sent to vet) sent me on a wild goose chase to get the dr's approval. On the phone 4 x with allivet & 3 x, cut off when I was under caller 5, after being caller 16 or greater. over a holiday weekend & meds not shipped caused a great deal of stress for me as my dog needed her eye medication. a supervisor was suppose to call at 1:00 when she came in, but never heard from her, so called back & finally told the meds were going to be shipped. 2 days later, go the email that it was shipping....very dissatisfied & talked with a supervisor but meds were sitting at a distribution center, with yet another weekend to wait out. Meds were finally here 1 week & 4 days later....very unhappy!”
