“I have always used heartguard for my dogs. I have to do the slow kill method for heartworms in my senor dog because he is allergic to the fast kill medicine. This review is more for the company than the medicine because heart guard was the only medication for my dog any vet in GA would recomend for both of my dogs for prevention and treatment. My order was lost and found its way to FL when I am located in AR now. I had filled everything out correctly, but the USP office just did not do their job correctly. I called customer service and explained to them that I had an automated delivery but had not recieved my first order for either of my dogs. The customer service man was very understanding and tracked my first order, told me where it was, and then made me a new order with expedited delivery at no cost to me, and for the inconvience said for me not to worry about the first package when it arrives, but to let them know when it does. So far I haven't seen the first one. But the expidited order made it to my house within a few days. I was only charged once, and I am happy to continue my service with allivet. This company is willing to make a situation right even when it is not their fault but the USP service fault. I can't find heartguard in my area, so this company is a huge help for me, and my furbabies, especially my senior duke.”
