“I have always been able to easily reach a representative with any questions I've had in the past. Recently however, it has been impossible. I tried 3 days in a row, on hold for 15 minutes or more, to then be told to leave a message, which was never returned. Prices are great but please bring back customer service!!”
“Pricing was great. Took a wee bit of time to ship (a few days) but the shipping??? It took a week to get here (to NJ) and USPS never updated the tracking information. I had to get a short-term Rx filled at the vet.”
