“One of the best customer service departments I have ever experienced. I ordered the wrong medicine and when the pharmacist got the prescription she called me and asked to change to what was on the prescription. She also told me the difference from what I ordered and indicated what I was getting is a lower price point. When I called up about credit, the representative told me my charge card doesn't see the charge until the order is filled. Last time I had a delivery issue (not Allivet's fault) and they straightened it out immediately. Way to go ALLIVET.”
