“All of my internet interactions with Allivet have transpired easily and quickly. I had the opportunity to interact by phone and their customer service was very slow. They said they were having an unusually heavy call day, which is the same excuse everyone uses, so I called back another day just to see what would happen. It was still very slow. 7-9 minute wait each time. Not acceptable.”
