Auch der Support ist sehr gut: nach 1 Jahr hatte meine 83-jährige Mutter plötzlich den Korkgriff lose in der Hand, aus den unteren Teilen kam eine Metallschnur mit Öse - was, nach 1 Jahr schon kaputt? Rückfrage beim Support und sofortige Aufklärung, auch mit verlinktem Video: der Griff geht tatsächlich ab, über die Stop-Linie der unteren Teile hinaus, um leichteren Transport zu ermöglich. Und lässt sich wieder raufstecken (ein bisschen Futzelarbeit, aber in 5 Minuten erledigt). Somit mit Produkt und Support sehr zufrieden.”

Secondly, the product: Exactly as advertised, the poles are of an ingenious design which enables quick assembly prior to use; their length is quickly and easily adjustable within the stated margins. The range of pole-'feet' options is excellent. In use, the poles perform perfectly, with no detectable movement at any of the three joints. They are strong and inspire confidence. Also, I think the cork hand-grips are perfect for year-round use. Overall: a 100% positive experience; I shall likely be buying another pair for a family member!”
