“This was an extremely easy 3 day Reboot to cleanse toxins from my body. It wasn’t harsh, I was never hungry and was simple to use. I’m shocked at how it changed my taste buds and continues to do so. For example, I drink one cup of coffee every day. I love coffee. However, I used 2 T of regular creamer and 2T of flavored creamer. After reboot, I use half of the amount of creamer because it tasted so disgusting with what I used to do. My only wish is that there would have been an instruction sheet included in package. I had to search online for step by step instructions and recipes. I wish this would have been more user friendly, with less detective work on my part.”
