“I love the Amare Kids Fundamentals! The main issue for me is taste. Because it has a fruity taste, I take this product more regularly. I also mix it with a partial pack of Energy+ and a half-scoop of Superfood, and it is super delicious that way! My son is autistic and takes the Kids Fundamentals with water only, using an empty Relief+ bottle; this seems to work best for him, so he gets the benefits of Fundamentals more regularly, too. After he first started taking Relief+ and Sleep+ together at night, I noticed a big improvement in his sleep. He used to talk to himself at night, but I could not tell if he was awake or asleep, and he was a very light sleeper. But he no longer does this. He even notices how much better he feels. I love being able to buy the menta-therapeutics as a package deal, because these are the products we both take daily. Any product is only as good when it is used, and we are more likely to use the products when they are grouped together. I still like to take extra mentaFocus and MentaSync, though.
