“I had heard wonderful things about this product, but maybe my expectations were too high. It does have a great flavor, and I did lose a few pounds, but I also started using it around the same time as making some dietary changes, so it's iffy to attribute that to the product. I'm a third time middle aged mama with a breastfeeding infant, so energy is always an issue. I did not notice an increase in energy or motivation , or an improved mood, but I still drink it everyday because it's a nice break from the water and coffee I drink the rest of the day. When I finish up this canister in the next few days, I don't know that I'll re-order this again. It was suggested that I might need to increase to 2 scoops a day to achieve the desired results, and that might work, but that's not something I can justify affording right now. All that said, it was worth a shot, I like the ingredients, but it just didn't work out for me.”
“The product is over priced. It is a really small amount for the price. I do notice some energy as I take it, but no benefits as for weight lose, fat burn, neither it suppresses my hunger like some people say”
