I ordered it through a Brand Partner with the thought that they would help to fix my flying frizzy hair every time I wash with another shampoo.
I washed my hair every day with this Rootist combo, as I always do with other shampoos, and it worked for the first 2 weeks. In the third week, my scalp began to itch, and I developed a painful lump on my right temple that felt swollen. I stopped using the shampoo and conditioner immediately. It took another week for the lump and itchiness to go away. I have never had this problem, itchy scalp and painful lump with other good shampoos and conditioners during my entire life! I am 66 years old, by the way....
I don't know if it is because of the fermented ingredients or other components that caused it. I do love to try again, but probably wash my hair twice a week rather than every day.”
