“I love the product, but this time the service was poor! I ordered a six-pack and I paid for a six-pack, but only 5 tubes arrived. I sent an email, notifying the company and requesting that I receive the missing sixth tube. No response so far, not even an acknowlegement. I accept that mistakes are made; no one is perfect. But I do expect that a company fixes their mistakes!!
It has been two and a half weeks now....”
