“Well, this was my first try of any MCT oil. I'd read reviews and opinions and thought it time to try. The taste is as expected, absolutely NO taste, which is good. Then there's the mixing with different things. I found it goes OK in milkshakes and smoothees - you can't tell it is in there. Coffee, however, is another story. There's good and bad with coffee . . . it is good because it adds a little smoothness to the brew which is nice. The bad, arguably, is that little blobs or globules seem to cover the surface of the drink. This has the effect of negating any possible froth on a cappucino or even a latte. I don't use it in coffee anymore after the first one and only use it now in smoothees where I can't tell there's anything added. Incidentally, the bottle/packaging of the Amino Nutrition MCT product is very nice with a quality look and feel. The price is the best around too. I haven't noticed any big physical or mental difference in myself after 2 weeks so I'll just use the rest of the 4 litres I bought ovcer the next many months and see how it goes.”
