“The order flow software would be really great, the display of the order flow infromation is generally amazing. The clusters are simply great and one has a great variety of setting choices.
!!BUT!! there are sooo many bugs, with every new update there are new bugs. some of them are very serious, like excessive RAM accumulation up to the point where everything freezes or data latency (not caused by the data provider but by ATAS itself as i tested other software and they do not experience latency). those are just two recent examples.
then the support is quick in answering but not in understanding. either they are unwilling to help or unable, could be both but more often than not i have to insist on the problem solving and explain over and over again. this costs time and nerves.
so if you consider a order flow software and have not decided yet, you may consider another one first (maybe give Quantover a go - no affiliation there, just some personal experience and also by hearsay).”

“Right now ATAS X is in beta, but I've found most things to be rock solid. The people behind ATAS are really great, their coding is solid as heck and I have found their support to be first class. The worst would an opposite order placement when I clearly used a right/left click and had that configured in settings. That may not be an ATAS thing, just to be clear...and I just keep it in mind when placing the order. Not a crazy biggy. I love the colors and how beautiful and clean everything is. As a neurodivergent trader, this IS KEY!!! And in a world of complexity, at least one thing I don't have to worry about is clean graphics with beautiful colors. I would recommend ATAS over any other product out there for orderflow -- and I've tried several of them and use them on a daily basis and make my own indicators for them. ATAS just works!”
