“Best software for analyzing orderflow on DOM. Perfect DOM with lots of functionalities. It has not been good experience with footprint charts and market profile. But I will still give this platform 5 starts because it does good what it is supposed to do and that is DOM.”

The charting tool mostly is a mess, but you are aware of if you sign up for it, 'cause it is discussed all over the place. Also they do not listen too much to their users in terms of suggestions for changes.
However, the customer service is pretty decent, they are well educated and know their stuff.”
“Charts freeze, tons of back end fixes needed to troubleshoot issues, workspaces disappear, profile charts go missing. Can get laggy. It’s great when it works but when it doesn’t I just lose too much time and focus fixing things. Tech support is fine, but the product had bugs.”
