“An excellent product with many training options available as well as having the ability for user created programs to be created, this product has several amazing features that no one else has ie Make or Break points, amazingly accurate, Ellipses for target zones, again amazing accurate along with all the Elliott and Fib capabilities just note, that the help desk, which was once a five star service, manned by knowledgable staff, in my personal experience and opionion, has now been outsourced (I suspect) and the service now provided rates below one star, which is a shame, for such a long standing brand, also note that they now do not provide the product or support in the AustralAsia regions so check before use.”
“While eSignal is a wonderful product which has several features that no one else has, i.e. MOB, Ellipse, JavaScript user defined programs etc, which makes it an ideal trading product, however my experience has been polarised by my support contact received from the eSignal help desk, which was quite something to behold, it should be recorded as an example of why a company should not outsource its activities. Based on this, my personal experience, I cannot recommend eSignal to my fellow traders.”
