“Our first speaker came with a small gash on the back of the speaker. The reaction from customer service was excellent as a new one was shipped out as soon as we shipped ours back. The sound quality of the speaker is very good. We got the larger one as I anticipate using it more than just on the golf course. I would guess the smaller one would be plenty fine if that was our only use for it. If it wasn't for the initial snafu, it'd be a 5* rating for sure.”
“Great speaker and the sound is amazing. My only complaint would be the arm on the mount loosens up from time to time and the plastic threads to tighten are not the best.”
“Pairing was a simple process. Improvement to previous model in regards to function buttons on AmpCaddy Speaker. Personally the use of acronyms is confusing to the non techy eg. EQ, TWS and XBS if function is important to understand. Nice to have the Micro SD Port and Aux In, but it would be nice to have some examples of how they can be used.”
