“Overall the mounting plate seems solid. I am reluctant to install the mount and red dot due to a single screw which attaches to the blowback housing. For a stock housing, I think this single attachment would be just fine. My aluminum housing though; I am not confident that the housing would survive. I would much prefer the mount to utilize the dovetail cutout for the rear sight for stability.”
