I bought this mag awhile ago, first time I tired to use it the spring decided to mess up and not push bbs up. I tried using an unjamming rod to fix the spring, and the unjamming rod got jammed in the mag along with the bbs. I couldn't use my mag for weeks because I am a new player and I don't like to open guns and mags because I'm afriad something might pop out or I might loose something. Ended up having to take it apart with no idea what I'm doing, ended up actually "fixing" it. The spring is still being a goober tho having the same problems when I first used it. The tab where you pull back and let bbs come out is absolutely horrible. Too small, too hard to grab, spring way too strong. Over all horrible mag and garbage products for outrageous prices is the exact reason why I left airsoft and kinda hate it now.

Hi there Jack, Thank you for leaving your review! Sorry that I missed this, otherwise we would have responded sooner. Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your magazine as well. The G36s magazines are definitely one of those mags that are harder to come by on the market and are typically priced higher. Sadly there are only a few types available unlike their M4 counterparts. When it comes to midcaps, we do have a couple suggestions for you. At first it is very wise to do a break in period with your magazine. Typically midcaps will exhibit bad results if they are fully loaded at first. It also helps to lubricate them slightly with silicone before using them. To do so, we recommend spraying a small amount into the BB well of the magazine. (Do not spray too much, like less than 1 second squirt) Then take BBs and load them in until you feel like it is full, do not overload it though. Then empty those BBs into a container. They will now have silicon on them. Use those same BBs and reload the magazine. Empty and repeat 2-3 more times. At the end of that, throw out those BBs. Now take a fresh batch of BBs, load it 2 more times and then discard those BBs. Now your magazine should be good to go. At first we would recommend loading it 1/2 to 3/4 full to make sure that the magazines break in and then gradually increase over time. Some mags/mag brands are more picky than others. However, typically most do not accept a full load at first due to the break in period. Hope this helps and sorry that these mags are stressing you out, as that is something no player wants to deal with.
