“I've had this product for around 1.5 years. I've used it probably 15 times, (for no longer than 10-15 mins at a time) and the big plastic bowl that contains the steam for the hair steamer has cracked under the heat of the steamer after 15 or so uses. It's really disappointing, considering the warranty only covers a year, and I didn't misuse the product. Just be aware when buying, the steamer itself works amazingly, but the plastic bowl doesn't seem properly heat treated so might crack.”
