“This toner is the perfect shade of blonde! on level 8 perfectly neutralises it to a stunning creamy ash blonde. On a level 9-10 it is amazing! spot on to the colour swatch and leaves such a great shine!! I honestly use this toner on everyone ðŸ«£”
