“I got several pairs so far. Not because they don't last, but because my many sons keep stealing them from me. The layering concept is great. Especially in the north where you take your boots off before you go inside. With place like Svalbard where it is the norm to do that even in public buildings. So, the inner booties are ideal. They are very confortable too. The booties and leather we expand and mold to your foot as you wear them. My only minor criticism is that I liked the original version better that had a handle at the back of the boot itself (in addition to back and front of inner bootie). Also, wish inner booties were made in Europe, but I guess Amundsen would if they could. Boots made in Italy, which is great.
Overall, the favorite boots I have ever had.”
