“This isn’t so much about the jacket, but about the company. I’m not the only one that has had this issue. I need to exchange two of the items that I purchased, however the return system did not send me a return label. I am unable to reach anyone by email and I have tried multiple times. I have tried the online contact form and reaching out on both Instagram and Facebook. I finally had to just charge back the entire purchase to my credit card company because I cannot exchange the items that I need different sizes in. Very frustrating because I like the actual items, however, there is something seriously broken with their Customer Service so I highly recommend against ordering any thing from this company.”
