Appetite for Business is an award-winning Microsoft silver Partner, specialising in Microsoft 365.

Back in 2016, Sheryl Newman was tired of the grey faceless world of tech at the height of a major recession in the North East of Scotland and the oil and gas sector. She realised the only way to fix this was to create a human centred tech business.

good trainer she was enthusiastic about microsoft and knew all that she was talking about, well and was able to answer all questions

The training was very interactive which was really great as most of the staff on the training had never actually used Teams before. It gave us all a chance to try things out ourselves rather than being talked at. The only thing which was a bit difficult was switching screens back and forward - occasionally missed something but this was nothing to do with the training itself or the trainer.

We are grateful for your flexibility in planning dates that suited us. We had a number of technical problems on the day (no sound even though microphone on/only able to log in on phone) and as attendance numbers were small, I felt more time could have been spent on trying to solve these issues before launching into the training. Two of the 4 attendees experienced these problems and this impacted negatively on the effectiveness of delivery
