“I still haven't received my purchase, so I cannot review it. I was advised by your courier service Aramex that it was being delivered on Thurs 21st April from Canberra to Jindabyne, it never arrived that day, I called the courier company on Fri 22nd April, they advised my address was outside their delivery zone and would follow up with a 3rd party courier and get back to me with an ETA. I didn't hear back from them and I had to follow this up again on Tues 26th April, only to be told again that someone would get back to me to advise where my purchase was, still no response that day. I finally got an email from your courier on Wed to advise my item was with Williams Transport in Cooma but still no delivery ETA could be given. I replied to the email and copied in Appliance Central expressing my disappointment and requesting a refund of the $68 delivery fee. Aramex replied saying that a refund could only be issued if my product was lost or delivered to the wrong address and to contact the 3rd party courier for a delivery ETA, I called Williams transport to be told that my item had been with them since Thurs 21st, and they could not tell me when it would be delivered as they were so behind in their deliveries and that businesses take preference over other customers. I was in Canberra & Cooma on Tues 26th April, and had I been advised by Aramex where my item was, I could have called in to Williams Transport depot and collected my parcel. Instead it is now a week after I was advised that my parcel was being delivered and it still hasn't arrived. This service is very unprofessional, if the courier company that you use and charge customers for delivery, cannot deliver directly to the customer, then they shouldn't send an email to the customer advising their parcel is arriving on a particular day and then not deliver it in the timeframe they state. I have also not heard back from anyone at Appliance Central regarding this, I spoke to someone there on Tues 26th April and also copied you in on an email. I am still requesting a refund of my delivery $68 fee and would appreciate someone getting back to me about this ASAP.”
