“Never received this and two other items on the same order. Zero response from their courier to requests for redelivery after missing the first one, and the store’s customer service seemed unable to manage this or come up with a solution. After going round in circles I cancelled the order. Days later still waiting for a refund. Very disappointed.”

“Delivery across the city took ages, but it eventually arrived. Heater works as expected but it was packed with the wrong remote. Put in new batteries and it operated for two days, but is now dead! Tried contacting Appliance Central without success. I somehow don’t expect a resolution/ exchange, so won’t pursue it. Would I buy from them again. No. Will the heater last beyond one winter, I hope so.”
