“Hi I WAS very happy with the friendly, professional and extremely prompt communication and then order online was handled 5 * service. I received text order was on its way, with date and timeframe, then not long after received a phone call advising it was found to be damaged and unusable (after advice it was on the way!?) would have to be reordered, no definite delivery! I had arranged installer through Airtasker - which I had to cancel and seek refund. Very disappointed and cancelled order as Xmas looming. Again have received great communication re full refund - shame about the middle bit”
